Punam and Ornob met while attending school at Vanderbilt. Punam was a freshman and he was a first year medical student. Punam was friends with Ornob's sister, Shilpi. They met when Ornob picked up Shilpi and Punam for a trip to the grocery store.The proposal
Ornob surprised Punam with a trip to Paris. After a romantic dinner at Liza (a Lebanese restaurant) they went on a walk to the Louvre, where he proposed. After the proposal they went to the Pont 'de Arts and saw the Eiffel Tower shimmering at midnight.How they made their wedding day unique and special
Punam and Ornob had a storybook DVD movie made of how they met. They had a large Indian wedding of almost 300 guests and included all of the traditional ceremonies. They were very excited to have all of their family and friends in town for a weekend of relaxation and enjoyment.Their most challenging experience during the planning process
It was challenging for Punam and Ornob to plan their wedding in Kentucky, while living in Virginia.How they selected their vendors
