We really liked the fact that we could plan a mock menu online even before we called to meet with our planner. McHale's was very upfront with the charges, we never felt like any charges were slipped in at the last minute. The Staff the night of our reception were amazing. The manager greeted me & my husband & parents immediately upon arrival. Not only then but several times throughout the night the staff would ask if there was ANYTHING that they could do or did we have any concerns. We really felt like they were committed to giving us the best reception possible & that commitment to service meant a lot to us. I can't thank you guys enough. Because of you, planning our reception was a breeze & you blew us away! I would recommend anyone to come to McHale's!

All of the staff were excellent to work with. We enjoyed the event & any guest we have spoke to since the event also gave your staff high praise. Our whole event exceeded my expectations! They paid attention to all of the little details of our night & even helped my Uncle who can't walk that well so that he wouldn't have to get up & try to get through all of the people at the buffet. From beginning to end the experience we had for our special day was amazing! Everyone was so helpful & very accomodating to our needs. All of our family & friends complimented how well the Ceremony & Reception were put together; which I had to comment that it couldn't have been done without McHale's & The Gardens of Park Hills staff. I don't think I can even describe in words how great the food was, everyone raved about the dinner!
