The Renovation of the Gardens: Part 1 of 3

McHales purchases the Wood Brothers restaraunt.
McHales decides to use property as a newly designed Banquet Hall.
Before Wood Brothers, the facility was used as a Banquet Hall under the name Town and County.
McHales makes the decision to start from scratch on both the interior and exterior of the building.
